Electric Blue Jacket with Peacock Feathers
This is another composite image that I spent way too much time on. The paintings on the wall are all from separate images. The "intercom" is from a different image.
Removing the distortion of straight lines from my camera lens took quite a lot of time, but it was worth it.
I'm not entirely pleased with the figure (shot at Gearcon 2011). I like to capture the texture of my models' faces, but there was so much noise in the original that it obscured the model true skin texture. (I need a new camera.) Otherwise I'm pleased with the space in the background.
The picture on the far right is of one of my favorite models Stephanie. She's such an elegant lady. It seems like such a waste to have only a sliver of her visible in this.
The figure in the painting in the background is Professor DR Schreiber, my friend and fellow magician.
