Gun Show

    Newer Older

My brother invited me to the Houston Gun Show at the George r. Brown, I was a little hesitant to pull out my camera and start "shooting" but I dared for a few frames.

agahran, George Donnelly, santiphoto, and 4 other people added this photo to their favorites.

Thanks for using creative commons! I've used your photo to help illustrate a post on the social science website The Society Pages about a sociologist's recommendations to getting a grip on the gun problem in Chicago--one of those tips is to look outside gun shows and the like and add a focus on people letting others borrow firearms, etc. You can check out the post here: thesocietypages.org/citings/2012/10/30/war-in-the-windy-c...

You are credited by name in the caption and the photo links back to this original. Again, our thanks!

I just used it in a post pointing out that we have more guns but fewer gun owners: slowreads.com/2012/12/23/marginal-the-growing-gun-divide/

Thanks for your willingness to share this photo.
