The Teleidoscope - 4 Develop

    Prev Next

I have been wanting to do something with my collection of Polaroids for a while. This week's theme for The Teleidoscope - Develop gave me a chance to try a few new techniques in photoshop and to realize a concept I have had floating around in my head. I quite enjoyed this. My only regret is that I couldn't get down to the city and buy some real film for this idea. I have three business trips coming up in the next few weeks that will have me in large centers where I should have the opportunity to pick up some film. I did my best to replicate the polariod size, shape, and various colour schemes that have come out of my cameras over the years in PS. That was one of my major objectives for this image. I feel I am on the correct track.

Great work Gary. You did an exceptional job with this. Now I can't wait to see what you do when you get the film. It is getting harder to find. (Abby is a King Charles. She is 8 1/2 years old and very loveable).

Clever - had one of these cameras myself, but it´s lost. Your "self-portrait" is kind of self developing - NICE!
