Something you learn when you make homemade pizza two nights in a row, using a new soaked-dough recipe for the crust: technique matters.


That's why tonight's pizza was ten times better than yesterday's. It's also why I can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow. Let's hope these odds continue.
