Dinner 05.01.08

Orange pan-glazede tofu on sesame quinoa pilaf and sugar snap peas.


This was my first time cooking quinoa and I really, really liked it - it's hearty but light at the same time and it has a good texture and flavor.


The recipes for the quinoa (keen-wa) and the tofu are from A Year In The Vegetarian Kitchen which is one of my go to's for vegetarian recipes. I did add a bit of garlic and some chopped green onions to the quinoa that weren't called for - but that's it.
