Sometimes in a city,
it turns out that 'incandescent' is the white balance you're looking for.
I really like how that light has a white beam around it that echoes the shape of the Bean.
Saw a really fun quirky film the other night: Stingray Sam by a really fun seeming quirky dude named Cory McAbee. Had that same sort of totally weird but kinda charming feel as something like Dr. Horrible (but is nothing like it). That was nice.
Sadly that was followed by American Astronaut (made by the same dude) and it was long and very creepy and nasty and sometimes sadistic and it just kept never ever (EVER) ending and finally we left.
Stingray Sam = recommended.
American Astronaut = not.
His next piece is to be titled "Werewolf Hunters of the Midwest."
It was cold enough to wear a sweatshirt that night. IT WAS LIKE MAGIC. Sadly we are back to the miserable heat just like I've been saying we would be. STUPID SUMMER.
