Allotments

    Newer Older

A small oasis in the west end of Glasgow. As part of the west end festival the allotments had an open day for the weekend with BBQs and plant sales and being okay to peek about the place.

I agree--always a joy. I appreciate these little glimpses of Scotland. My grandparents were from Scotland...my grandfather lived in Glasgow for a while when he was younger. I've never been to Scotland..one of these days.

I've been meaning to go the one near me to take some photographs for ages, this wonderful "peek" is just the inspiration I need.

Beautiful! Is this just a normal Moleskine sketchbook? The watercolour seems to sit really well on the paper.
