by geraldrford

The Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR), on the eastern-side of Metro Grand Rapids, Michigan, opened the President Gerald R. Ford Tribute Room on October 17, 2017. The area will include permanent exhibits on Gerald R. Ford’s life, with the area located pre-security allowing for public access. Trustee Peter Secchia worked hand-in-hand with GRR on the completion of the new exhibit. In December of 1999, Kent County International Airport became Gerald R. Ford International Airport in honor of Gerald R. Ford, the 38th President of the United States.
