Pomegranate Granita
Frozen treat made with juice from a fresh pomegranate (mixed with a tiny bit of syrup for sweetness). Very tasty, but melts very quickly. A few saved pomegranate seeds would be nice for decoration, but this was just a test.
It's really that pink. I didn't even bump the saturation/contrast on the photo.
