NGC 2915 Outskirts
I derive some strange pleasure processing things I'm sure no one else will ever touch for various reasons. What is this? Who knows? Who cares*? Why did Hubble spend almost 3 hours looking at it?
At the left we can see the edge of a nearby dwarf galaxy faintly making an appearance. This galaxy I also just posted an image of yesterday from WFPC2. Strangely, the WFPC2 image, which is by many measures an inferior image, was taken over six years after this one. Life doesn't always go perfectly.
*The truth is that I do.
