STOCKHOLM – The two-day conference on the Arctic as a Strategic Space is embedded into the series of events which consists of European Security Seminars North spreading over the years 2018 to 2022 and conferences in between to cover several distinct topics. The aim of this conference is to provide an opportunity for strategists, academics and military professionals to identify and assess the security challenges on Europe’s Northern Flank and make recommendations to enhance strategic stability in the region.
