GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany – The Marshall Center is hosting the Defense Review Seminar for Senior Ukrainian Leadership April 15 and 16. Thirty-two parliamentarians attended the seminar and include members from the ministries of defense from Canada, Germany and the United States.
