GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (April 5, 2018) – U.S. Army Col. Kevin Jacobi, director of the Plans and Strategy Directorate at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, retires after 32 service in the U.S. Army during a ceremony held April 5 at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal, and his wife Cathy Jo, an administrative support assistant at the Marshall Center, was awarded the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service.
