GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (May 13, 2019) – A farewell and award ceremony was held for Scott Young in the Director’s Office May 13.Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith Dayton, director of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, awarded Young with the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service. Young was the Lead Systems Administrator at the Marshall Center’s Systems Support Division. Young is going to IRS, Cyber Crime Division in Memphis Tennessee. (Photo by U.S. Army Sgt.
