GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (April 25, 2019) – Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith W. Dayton, Marshall Center director, awards Helen Richards, executive assistant to the Marshall Center Command Group, with the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service during a farewell ceremony held April 25 in the director’s office. Richards began working at the Marshall Center Feb. 2017.
