The Marshall Center is hosting the Loisach Group Dec. 5 to 7. The Loisach Group is a U.S.-German round-table initiative. This is the second meeting of the group, and it is in participation with the Munich Security Conference. It is titled "Harmonizing German and U.S. Engagement with Russia."
