PARTENKIRCHEN, Germany (Dec. 28, 2017) – U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith Dayton, director of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, presides over the promotion ceremony for U.S. Army Col. John Fravel, operations officer at Marshall Center’s Plans and Strategy Directorate, in the director’s office Dec. 28.

U.S. Army Col. Kevin Jacobi, Marshall Center’s PSD director, administered the Oath of Office.

Fravel reported to the Marshall Center in July 2016.
