The Building 106 Memorial Ceremony in honor of U.S. Marine Corps Col. (Ret.) and Professor Nick Pratt will be held 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17 at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Pratt conceived of, created and implemented the Marshall Center's Program on Terrorism and Security Studies. The program became Nick's life work, and it gained the respect of couterterrorism officials around the world. PTSS now boats almost 1,500 alumni in more than 80 countries.
