The Colour of Light
I’ve always been fascinated by colour, ever since the first time I picked up a paintbrush.

5 years ago, I started exploring colour through various mediums, from installation pieces to plastics. Whilst documenting this work, I became interested in photography. Using slow-shutter speeds and manipulation of the camera, I was able to create abstract pieces of pure colour with the ordinary would become extraordinary. A photograph of street lights by night became a crashing wave of light. Also every image captured was unique, with the results unknown until viewed.

‘The Colour of Light’ presents the best work of my 2 year exploration. I hope you enjoy the results.

A selection of these images are now available from Stroon and a portfolio collection is available from Lulu .
