Trevu House Re-subdivision Plan 1982

The property was re-subdivided in 1982 creating three new blocks fronting East Terrace and three on Deland Avenue. The blocks sold for up to $12500 and were regarded as some of the most expensive blocks in Gawler at that time. The purpose of the subdivision was to generate capital for refurbishment of the nursing home.
