Working together to improve African crop yields

Calasina Nyapili inspects his finger millet crops for signs of progress. Calasina is a farmer working in collaboration with Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). AGRA works with local farmers to increase access to improved fertilizer and crop seeds that have improved resistance to disease and drought. (Kisumu District, Kenya, 2009)
