Bonsai Rock

A very famous & over photographed place at Lake Tahoe. It's a "hidden gem" as this place is not on the map! Thanks to Flickr & Google map, it's not that hard to locate this place. I had the exact GPS coordinates in the EXIF data if you need. It's about a mile south of Sand Harbor. What you do is you basically just park the car on the side of the highway, walk towards the cliff, and found a pathway to hike down the steep hill until you see the water & this rock. To me, hiking down the steep hill isn't that bad, but climbing back up the hill after the sunset at dark is a totally different story!
