Powell's Brass Foundry, Black Country Living Museum, Dudley 28/12/2011

After a few years of inactivity, Powell's Brass Foundry at the Black Country Living Museum is now operating once again.

This small casting shop, which produced brass products such as horse brasses, was built in Shaw Street, Walsall in 1869.

Before being moved to the museum it was operated by Fred Powell, who returned recently to train museum staff once more.
