coffee and toasted home-made raisin bread. I found the recipe for this bread when I opened my book to make scotch pancakes a couple of weekends back....this one was on the next page. It's a really quick and simple low-fat recipe...no butter, margarine, oil....and instead has egg whites and yogurt. I used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose, which gave it a browner look.
