I think visually this looks exactly like what it is. Superb Tim.

Great idea for holding up the roof.

It needs a sticker - the blue by itself just doesn't convey the right context.

And really, is it all that necessary to have old-timey ad posters in the model? In the source photo, I notice the ads, but they're definitely not what strikes me as important or interesting about the structure. YMMV, of course.

The ad is simply a matter of visual interest. Without it the hut didn't look as good. I might try to fancy up the poster but I make no promises.

I love the use of the tile as a rag.

I really like the roof, I wonder how it would look with cheese slopes on the ends?

^ Probably quite good for a different type of shed but I wanted to keep it round the whole way.

I swear you have a spooky connection with what I have built and not yet photographed!!...although its quite different in build, its spookily alike with content!!...ha, that made a lot of sense eh!!
Currently working 66 hr weeks, so photos will unlikely be soon! :(

As a side point, I'd say the large old add in the original photo is a huge focal / interest point and really brings this structure to life with character and age, that tells a story by viewing it along with the others. I would agree that your build deffy needs a sticker on that pannel though. Just my personal view though, each to their own ;)

^Tim has been known to get in and out of anyone's head at any particular time without anyone being the wiser. You must be cautious or else your thoughts will end up in his photostream....:P

^^ For once I do totally agree about the sticker and I might go looking for medium blue printed tiles as a substitute. I can usually work around the issue but with such a small build there's very limited SNOTwork/tile use possible.

^^ This was really just a quickie to try out the roof technique. I promise I wasn't stealing Carl's unpublished thoughts ;)
