reef fish

This is my last upload for a while, because I'm leaving this weekend for the Bahamas.

I'll be there through next week (including Christmas), and I'll be sure to load up on photos, even some underwater if I can get my hands on an underwater camera housing. Either way, I still have the 50mm and the 70-300mm, so I should be able to get some good ones on land as well.

I took this shot a while back at the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, and uploaded now because it sort of matches the tropical theme of where I'll be going. I don't know what kind of fish this is (seeing as how everything I know about fish comes from either eating them or the Disney film 'Finding Nemo') but I do know that it's native to the coral reefs of the Philippines.
