Broth with stripes of herb pancakes
Haha, no, my shot was not on that cover. :.-(
But I just _love_ that mag, and so I used this old cover to spice up my shot---hoping the good people of "Cuisine" wont kill me but see it as a hommage!
The broth was a leftover from yesterday, when we had a nice fondue with lots of different meat. I always put a piece of cinnamon and some peppercorns in the broth---you can spot these ingredients in the shot. And THEN, the next day, this broth is even more delicious, because of all the good things, that were put in there the night before. It just needed an add-in, and that was the pancake (with parsley and chives).
