The Way of Food 2011
An inspirational holiday to get into the cycles of nature, the food and the landscapes that nurture our bodies. Living experiences in contact with the Earth, learning and exploring organic agriculture by first hand; collecting the vegetables and improvising a meal, to finally give thanks to the earth, giving back nutrients to the soil. We experimented a continuous process along with several activities such as felt making, cooking, walking, sensing the landscape, our fellow animals and the rural culture.
