Snowflake_080020 aka Dyonisis Blue Shift

    Newer Older

Managed a few more snowflake shots today. It was finally cold enough, but a strong wind was blowing which damaged the crystals.

    Appeared in Explore 19/02/08

It will also be gracing the cover of an upcoming CD release from Dyonisis - check them out www.dyonisis.info/home.htm

and was also chosen as the new icon over on the Fab group - www.flickr.com/groups/_fab_fabulous/

19-OCT-2008 - Dyonisis's EP is nearing completion and the cover looks great (but maybe I'm biased!)

22/1/09 - Just received my signed copy of the CD (thanks Nel!). It looks and sounds very good.

10/6/10 - Dyonisis have a new album out called 'Intoxicated'. They were kind enough to use some of my water drop images for the cover inserts. Check it out.

I remember reading John Shaw's description of the process for doing this, but I never believed any one would really do it! THis is a great shot and I salute you as another macro shooter who has some sense of how hard this must be to pull off.
