Mabo Tofu

I've been making Mabo Tofu lately. They sell these great packs at the supermarket that contain the hot sauce and cornstarch. All you have to do is heat up some water with the sauce pack, cut up your tofu, cook for a bit, then pour over the cornstarch and let it simmer for a bit. It turns out really tasty, and it is dirt simple to make.
