Meridian House, Greenwich

The former Greenwich Town Hall was built in 1939 by Clifford Culpin and was heavily inspired by the Dutch architectural style, particularly Willem Dudok's Hilversum Town Hall. The building was described by Pevsner as "the only town hall of any London borough to represent the style of our time adequately".
