Hey everybody, sorry that it has been a little while since my last post. Been very busy and have not had a chance to get out and enjoy the summer weather that has finally arrived in Seattle, till this morning! Sunrise was spectacular this morning from West Seattle. Will have to post later. I know, I still need to post the 12th street bridge time lapse I did two weeks ago! I promise to have that up this week!
During this time I have been away from Flickr, I had my first gallery showing at Up Front Gallery in Issaquah last Saturday! Here is the link to the picture that hung at the gallery: www.flickr.com/photos/fresnatic/5716737126/ The show was really nice and I was able to meet several new area photographers.
This is the tallest building in Seattle and the second tallest on the west coast. It is part of the Columbia Center complex. Here is a little more information: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbia_Center
This image is a combination of three exposures (-2,0,+2) merged and tonemapped in Photomatix. I then did a slight crop in Photoshop as well as ran it through Topaz Adjust to give the image a little bit of a "Pop" to it. Pulled back the greens and blues in Lightroom.
Thank you for your views, comments and faves. I appreciate them. Now that I have gotten back some time, I will be looking through all of your inspirational photostreams! Have a great week!
