Abandoned Garden HDR
This was either the second or third abandoned house Matt and I found that had some daffodils growing around it when we visited the Palouse! I found it neat that after at least 15 to 20 years, remnants of the previous owners daily life was still growing in what probably was some garden in the past.
I have a couple of shots from inside this house too. This one was not too spooky inside, compared to the one we found the previous day! I thought about processing this one as a B&W, but as you can see, the color version won out here.
This is three exposures (-2,0,+2) merged and tonemapped in Photomatix. I cropped in Photoshop, as well as removed a pole and piece of lint from the sensor. Ran through Topaz Adjust to pick up details and then pulled back the color and added vignette in Lightroom.
I will probably return to the Oregon coast in my next post, as I am missing the ocean! Thank you for your views, comments and faves. I appreciate them. I still am working on getting caught up on my friends photo streams, so thank you for your patience!
