This needs to be seen original size! I made the resolution much larger for this picture than I usually do so you can see faces better and other great details. Some men are holding American flags. They all have tags on, probably identification and so on. There's a soldier posing there in the front. It appears this is only a portion of a much larger picture, but this is the only part that was pasted into the album. My grandma's uncle went off to France for WWI, so maybe he's one of the guys pictured here. He died of influenza there in the trenches, an epidemic that swept through and killed millions around 1918.
