    Actually, their mozzarella and burrata are good, but average.

    You haven´t lived since you´ve been to Battipaglia and Andria and tried fresh burrata or mozzarella, directly from the farmer...

    Friday I was at Òbikà in Roma. I had dreamt about Òbikà since this summer! This is the best buffalo mozzarella I have ever tasted! Sadly I'm back in Norway, but looking forward to come back in only a month! I hope the handsome man will be there than too :-)
