Cephalaria gigantea with a happy bumble-bee

All insects are attracted to this monster of a plant. This one is over 2 meters high, but if you have the space it's a lovely addition to your garden especially if you let it entangle itself with another big plant or a bush. It's also nice with all the butterflies that come around for a visit.

Anyone who knows what species the bumble-bee is?? The area contains both woods and fields as well as gardens and coast land. The photo is taken in Sweden, near Stockholm in August and the bumble-bee is one of the middle-sized ones.
