Red Noodles

I thought I was going to make this dishjust for the sake of the photo. I didn't believe it was going to taste nice, but it did!! The Foochow red ricewine gave it a fresh zingy taste. I really loved it!

I marinated the chicken in some red wine lees and that I didn't particularly like, but the broth with the wine I really did. Next time I'm adding plain (leftover) chicken. Or pork.


Recipe: saute some garlic and ginger, then add chicken-stock & chicken and let is simmer for a bit. Then add a cup of red rice-wine and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add cooked misua noodles and enjoy. :-)
