Ingredients for chả cốm

100g minced pork

100g minced pork, ground into a paste, with some fishsauce, sugar and salt.

100g cốm

1 egg

 

Soak the cốm (green rice flakes) with the egg for just 2-5 minutes, then mix with the meat. Add salt. Then panfry small paddies in some oil. That's it.

Didn't like them that much, but I can imagine with some adjustments they would be fine.
