Steak with ovenroasted potatoes

I am such a carnivore. I just love red, juicy meat. I can't ever seem get enough of this. I think we eat steak at least once a week. And most of the times I first smoke it for just about 10 minutes on my stovetop smoker (read more about that on my blog: Kok Robin ) and then quickly grill it for about 1 or 1.5 minutes each side.
