    Roasted vegetable Salad with balsamic dressing

    Grill some:
    red bellpepper
    green bellpepper

    Transfer to a bowl and add:
    12 bocconcini (small mozzarella)
    12 black olives
    1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
    1,5 T capers, rinsed
    1 pinch of sugar
    1,5 T balsamic vinegar

    Serve hot, lukewarm or cold.

      What a yummy combination! I could also imagine using this same mix to top a pizza or toss through pasta.
