Pasta with Garlic, Anchovies and Capers

Slowly and gently fry some chopped garlic in a few tablespoons of olive oil.

Add 3-5 anchovies and slowly fry for another few minutes until they've completely dissolved.

Add 1 T capers. (rinsed and soaked in white wine)

Add cooked & drained pasta. (store bought, but "fresh" spaghetti)

Add basil or parsley.

Add some of the cooking liquid you retained in a cup to make it a little less dry.

Add lemonzest and lemon juice to the taste.
