Homemade Pesto

1 clove garlic

pinch seasalt

20 g basil

2 T pinenuts

50 g grated parmesan

60 ml olive oil

 

Don't forget to reserve some of the cooking liquid from the pasta before you drain the pasta, you need it to smoothen the sauce when added to the pasta.
