Papperdelle with Duck Ragu

I sauteed some onion, rosemary and garlic, then added some chopped porcini and shredded meat from some ducklegs. Then a tablespoon of tomato paste, fried it a little bit, then added white wine (I didn't have red), reduce it, add a tin of tomatoes. Finish with parmesan.

 

I didn't like it that much. It just wasn't what I had in mind. Next time no tomatoes are allowed in there.
