Chicken with Crispy Holy Basil
Marinate 500 gr chickenbreast for 30 minutes in mixture of 4 chopped cloves of garlic, 4 crushed rawit peppers, 1 T fishsauce and 2 T oystersauce.
Stirfry in wok until goldenbrown/cooked. Add 2 T chickenstock, 1 t sugar, 1 sliced red paprika, 1 sliced onion. Simmer/stirfry for another 1-2 minutes. Add half a handfull of holy basil. And serve with 1,5 handfull of fried holy basil

I didn't really like it. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't good either. The holy basil didn't add much taste.
So we won't make this again.
