Amaranth / Hin Choy / Klaroen

I stirfried some sjalot, ginger and garlic, added the Hin Choy and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.


It wasn't a great succes.

Maybe next time I have to chop it into thin stripes first?

And find a proper recipe.
