Chicken with Thai Basil and sugarsnaps

Chicken with Thai Basil:

Stirfry 3 T chopped garlic and 1 T chopped ginger for 20 seconds.

Add stripes of chickenbreast, stirfry for 2 minutes.

Add mixture of 1,5 dl chickenstock, 1 T light soysauce, 2 t chilibeansauce, 2 t sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cornstarch if necessary and when mixture is thickened, add 2 t sesameoil and a big big handful of thai basil. Mix with some blanched sugarsnaps and serve.
