Kelloggs famous health spa with vegetarian diet. John and William Kellogg , both Seventh Day Adventist, headed the spa and created a vegetarian menu for their clients, which included many of the elite of the time. C.W. Post was a client for a year. After he was discharged, he started his own cereal company, using the knowledge he gained at the Sanitarium. William Kellogg became the head of Kellogg Company.
