Tasty Roasted Curry Pumpkin Seeds

Remove seeds from pumpkin, wash thoroughly removing any pumpkin gooey debris, throw em in a bowl and spread a little bit of oil over them so they are lightly coated. Season them with coarse salt, curry powder, and garlic. Spread them evenly over a baking sheet and pop them in the oven at 250. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking together or to the pan. Cook until they're nice and crisp. Taste one occasionally to get your favorite level of crunch :)
