Do you work for a newspaper? I saw this kind of scene many times doing my 35 year's in Journalism. This shot isn't so intense as one said, it's just a long wait. See mine where they toss the baby out of a window, that was a day in a half waiting.

Kinda makes you appreciate what they do a little more, doesn't it? :) I'm married to a cop. This is a great shot.

Re Twalls, in the emergency services we put great stake in those that can quietly and respectfully discuss their heavier jobs without one-up-man-ship, sensationalism or boasting.

This is an excellent depiction of the non-media face of what we do. Great shot.

As a retired Detroit cop, I can attest, these always leave their mark on you. The fragility of life is made clearer to you at each of these scenes.

Like J.Star said makes you appreciate how difficult a job the Police have.
    Perfect timing for this shot.
