Excelsior Power Plant.

Caption: This plant is located near the Nooksack Falls on the North Fork of the Noosack River about 7 miles east of Glacier, Washington. Power is obtained from Nooksack Falls, having a straight drop of about 105 feet and developing about 2,300 H.P. The electric power is carried by a high power transmission line to Bellingham, Washington.
